 Hey Editor,George Bush wants to make everyone have a passport before entering the United States. How is this going to affect Canadians? Jeremie R. Bellingham, Washington  Dear Jeremie,The need to have acceptable proof of identity before entering the Unites States is reasonable. And since 90% of Canadians already carry passports, there should be little inconvenience. I must say that the passport idea is much better than Bush's original suggestion of tattooing visitors and making them put gold stars on their jackets. --Editor |
